Shay will be twelve in a little more than a month, so I figured that he's old enough to start driving lessons.
He didn't resist too much. Once he got going, his confidence took off! We went a few miles on a nearby quiet area that has a 25 mph speed limit. That way, if we encountered any vehicles he wouldn't be overwhelmed by their highway speeds.
